SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are processed immediately and should arrive within 3-5 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All domestic ground shipping is complimentary. Should you wish to expedite your shipment, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REJUCREAM ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
REJUCREAM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
REJUCREAM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently ship worldwide. Please follow the shipping method at checkout for more detailed timelines and costs.
You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the packaging seal intact.
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Only items purchased on www.rejucream.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from a third party retailer cannot be returned or exchanged via the website, and must be taken back to the original point of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
